Garagey tunes meets SF hippy band from 1969. I think these guys are from Venezuela. They get some bluesy harmonica/guitar interplay going sometimes. You might think of The Who or Cream too.They mix in a few different sounds here all the while your waiting for them to bust out G.L.O.R.I.A.
