Bob Dylan - Another Side Of Bob Dylan

The last of his early acoustic/folk albums. Mostly just guitar and harmonica. Piano on one song. Cool stuff, probably not the best of the early albums, but not that much different. It's all about listening to the lyrics...you can still figure out what he's talking about sometimes. Not really, you can understand the words though.

-Recorded in a day.

Bob Dylan - Blonde On Blonde

This is supposed to be one of the greatest rock records of all time. Personally, I can think of a couple other Dylan records I like more than this one. It's got a couple cool blues songs, but is mostly laid back rock. Cool lyrics/stories where I suppose the young folks in 1966 could listen to and reflect and contemplate. The music reminds me of a saloon.

Bob Dylan - The Freewheelin' Bob Dylan

1963

A guy and his guitar. Sometimes a guy his guitar and harmonica. Sometimes reminds me of old blues recordings. Super clever and witty lyrics. Anti-War Folk tunes. There are angry songs, funny songs, love songs, war songs...and they're all great and engaging.

Bob Dylan - Highway 61 Revisited

Folk gone rock turned crazy talk.

Bob Dylan - Bringing It All Back Home

The first one with all the crazy talk. This rules.
